Dublin Cup 2008 almost full

Entries for this year's tournament are coming in fast. As places are limited clubs who wish to take part are requested to get their applications in NOW.

A team can register for €199 which includes a minimum of four matches, referees and pitches, certificate of involvement and also prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place.
Girls and Boys can enter this competition which presents a great opportunity for them to improve their skills as a player and most importantly as a team. Ladies teams fall into the age category of U17's. The Umbro Dublin Cup is set to offer a weekend full of excitement and competitiveness.
This year is set to be a great success with teams taking part from all over the world. Marco Piccoli from Topflight Soccer stated that "the competition is of a very high standard and has attracted teams in the past from Sunderland, Preston North End, Caledonian Thistle, the Republic of Ireland development squads, USA side Yonkers Tornadoes and Canadian outfit Aurora Stingers". Teams from all over Ireland will also be taking part.

August bank holiday weekend is the time for young soccer stars to be taking part in the Umbro Dublin Cup. It will be held in the AUL Complex in Clonshaugh, Dublin. The Umbro Dublin Cup is held in conjunction with Topflight Soccer and the Dublin District Schoolboy League(DDSL).
